I just had to share this story with everyone.  I teach 4th grade.  The other day I told my students that I'm pregnant and that I'd be leaving that afternoon a little early to go to a doctor's appointment.  I told them that my husband and I were hoping to find out if we are having a baby boy or girl.  I told them that I'd let them know on Friday what we found out.  Well, as many of you know, we still don't know.  That little bugger had it's legged crossed during the entire ultrasound!  On Friday I tell my students that we still don't know if it's a boy or girl.  A while later one of the boys in my class comes up to my desk and asks, how do they tell if you are having a boy or a girl?  I think for a minute about how I'm going to respond.  I want to tell him the truth but I wasn't sure how to go about it.  I say to him, well when they are doing the ultrasound we are looking for something.  If you're unable to find it, boys and girls just look the same.  He looked at me with a confused look on his face and all of a sudden the lightbulb went on.  He said ooohhh yuck!  That's all he could say.  He was so funny :)
