Confused

My sister is mentally handicapped(severely).The institution in which she has lived for the past 15 years has had some problems.I dont mean to minimalize anthing,they made some huge mistakes.The operators have changed hands in the past 3 years.and they have straightened things out.Government bigwigs want to close this facility and move the residents to community group homes.This is great for those who can function in that setting.My sister cannot,she is legally blind and has the mental capacity of a 2 year old.My sister is 48 years old and has lived in facilities like these for 39 years.If she were able to function outside,she would already be home.She has severe seizures and gets out controle to the point that she has actually picked up a 36in. T.V. and thrown it across the room.I do not know who to talk to or go to for help.It seems that every time a republican President gets into office something like this goes wrong.She was in one homefor 20 years then Reagen had cuts and she had to move to where she is now.For those of you who have kids,when you change their environment they tend to egt really upset.Thanks for letting me vent my frustrstions I have friends but I hate to bother them,because most of my friends have small children and my kids are grown.

My children are grown also... I feel for these young ladies and them trying to cope...it''s hard raising kids.....but...i also feel for you and this situation...it must be very difficult and very sad for your family!!! LUV & hugs!!!!! You have a friend in me, if you want...........
