Hey look, I got one in on a Monday!  LOL

Today's weight was 198.

Last week, having the house to myself 4 days in a row, I was able to do the Curves Travel Workout from the Curves book I have.  I realized that I need a new resistance band soon!  But waking up, getting everyone off to school and work, then exercising really did wonders for my energy level each day.  I got a lot done as far as chores each day, and was even able to take half a day for myself to do *whatever* I wanted!  It's been a while since I'd been able to do that...... so I took a Calgon bath  :-)   But I am seriously itching to get a new cord for my sewing machine.  I found a place online to get it, sent the link to DH, and now think he might be planning to get it for Christmas.  I'm hoping - and I may have to come out and say it to him! - that I get it sooner, since I have a few gifts I want to make for Christmas.  Cross your fingers for me  LOL

DH went for his physical last week.  Without going into details, he was told that he needs to walk 30-45 minutes, 5 days a week.  DH told me to nag him about it, so, since the kids were with my ILs this weekend, we started walking.  Only did a little less than a mile the first time.  Sunday we got up and walked a little more than a mile, taking a different route.  Today we walked 2.37 mi (according to Google maps) on another different route.  He's working nights this week, so I "threatened" him and said we'll walk every morning before he goes to work.  So far so good!  When he's on days, I don't know when we'll find the time to walk together (or him, when he's not too tired from a day's work) other than his day off.  I'll find a way to make him go, even if we all go or I can only send one kid with him  :-)

So that's this week's update!  I'll take a picture next week with me standing on the scale.  Maybe one of these days you'll even get to see *me*
