This is a really good recipe, I like it a lot with the peppers, but have substituted cabbage instead and added about a Tbsp of chili powder to it. Either way, I topped it with about a cup of shredded cheddar cheese--VERY yummy!!!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Ragu Old World Style Traditional Pasta Sauce
2 large green and/or red bell peppers, coarsely chopped
1-1/4 cups water
1 cup instant rice
DIRECTIONS
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, brown ground beef.
- Drain, if desired.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cook covered 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
