This is my third week into the new school year. I home school my children and it's quite a challenge to "get the show on the road" in the begining of the year. I have a ninth grader, she's doing great this year and working independantly on most of her subjects. I have a 7th grader, who needs a lot of extra help but is a smart student and I am very proud of him. I also have a 5th grader. He is "type A" and loves to talk - all day. )Good thing he is not at public school, or I'd be receiving notes from teachers about how much my son talks in class ,lol,) He's very smart and likes to get his work done and over with. My precious 3 year old is busy all day with anything from puzzles, books, pentaminos, dominos, Legos, coloring and some educational videos. So.... I guess we are off to a good start.
The challenge for me is oragnization and preparation. When I am prepared with all that's needed for the day, things go a lot smoother. Besides school stuff I have to have my shopping and my meals planned out. Since I have also been working from home I really have to make every moment count. It's kind of fun. And sometimes kind of funny.
I know that God is with me as I go through this life, no matter what the challenges are. And as I do my part and what He has placed before me, He will bless my work, and my life.
