19 week ultrasound 9/8/08

Hey Everyone,

I thought it was my 18 week ultrasound but come to find out it was my 19 week appointment. They moved up the due date.

Now my due date is Feb 3, 2009 I found out today that I am expecting a baby boy and a baby girl I couldn't be more thrilled. The boy which is the smaller one weighs 9 ounces and the baby girl the bigger one weighs 10 ounces.

The doctor said that they would be safe to come out at 32 weeks if they come that early but wouldn't like me to go pass 36 weeks. So that only leaves us until December or January which is closer then we all realize. So now I have to quit relaxing and start getting stuff in order.  But I am just so happy and so blessed to be carrying these precious angels and I hope everything will continue to go smooth.

Congrats again on the boy/girl combo.  I wonder if babies at this week of gestation appear a week larger than what they are.   When I had my u/s last week, the babies were measuring a week ahead.  It wouldn't surprise me if nature helps speed the growth of twins along early as well (I know their lungs develop quicker than a singleton's do).
