Well here I am once again up late when I should be sleeping.  I don't know what it is, but I have been unable to get to sleep for along time now. I tried staying up all night to get back into a habit of going to bed at a descent hour, but even though I've not slept the night before I still can't get to sleep.

I really don't want to have to go to the doctors to find out what is wrong with me just to be given a prescription.

I've thought to myself...Would sleeping pills be my best bet to findly going to sleep at a descent time of night. Then I thought..Well with all the sleep that I have lost; How do I know that I will wake up.. lol
