I'm not sure if this is considered a milkshake but my favorite is Sonic's Ocean Water Cream Slush...YUMMO. I just wished we had a Sonic in town so I could get one!
A close second is a Chocolate Milkshake with Whipped Cream and Chocolate Sprinkles!
