our new house!

ok girls! these are the pics I took today of our new house! the accepted our offer last night. the closing date is October the 09th. I can NOT WAIT!! UGH!!! I am trying to go pick out the colors for the master suite, and Ethan's room. we will probably leave the 3rd room neutral until I get preg again, or, inspiration strikes. we still have to get the privacy fence finished, other than that, it is move in ready, and, I dont suppose the fence is a stopper, I just want to get that done asap, since I DO have a very FAST 1 year old. just wanted to share! I am going to list some of the details below
new construction 3br/2ba brick home with 2 car garage and seperate office and laundry room. all stainless steel appliances and Granite tile featured throughout kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace. scored and stained concrete floors throughout home, carpet in bedrooms. antique glazed cabinets and desk in bathrooms and office. Custom Cypress in Kitchen.

this is Ethan after he climbed out of the fireplace. I am glad it has the Granite border rather than a brick structure that he can climb on and fall off of. I am not a fan of fireplaces.....

this is my KITCHEN!!! where it will ALL go down!! I got the gas range I wanted, I will be replacing the dishwasher with a more energy/water efficent double drawer unit soon. the cabinets are custom cypress.

Gosh what a beautiful house! I know you'll want to go crazy decorating, but wait till you settle in so you really get a feel for the place. What kind of floor is that in the living room? It looks so easy to take care of-just run a swiffer around every day! And it has such a nice layout for a young family! A house like this would be perfect, too, for Randy and me when our kids are grown. (if they ever leave, LOL) I know you mentioned keeping the 3rd BR neutral, but you might want to put a daybed in there and some girly stuff for your SD. I'm so happy for you!
