The scariest thing I've experienced with mother nature

Well, Mother Nature has been very kind to me.  Only one thing comes to mind, and thats when I lived in a little mobile home up on a hill, we got snowed in and the power was off for a week.  Luckily, I had just gone to the store the day before, we cooked over a kerosene heater, untll we had the bright idea that the gas grill still works in the snow. lol

I was a little worried about the food situation, since we had 4 children at home at that point, including an infant.  Luckily though he was breastfed and I used cloth diapers.
