Cannot even read without finding something to share on Cafe Mom

I thought I'd take a break from Cafe Mom and read a little in one of my books.

In Chapter 2, in the section "Compassion is Courage", the author of The Wise Heart, Jack Kornfield, quotes Martin Luther King.

I just must share this quote...............................

I REALLY like your quote here, but unfortuately the first like of the quote is a bit tough for me to follow ,because there are the same people at work i see everyday that seem to know how to piss me off,and if they dont succdeed they try and find other tactivs to try and get to me.Do you or have you dealt with those sort of people?As for teh following in dicipline, i have done by best in communicating my conflicts with my boss.
