Today was our 1st. ultrasound for the baby!!!

Today has been a long morning!!! My appt was for 9:30am. So as soon as the kids were off to school at 8am I had to finish getting Anais ready & feed her breakfast. Well our ob doesn't do ultrasound at his office so they send us to another office where they do the ultrasound. This office was about 30-40min. away from our house!! It took forever to get there!

We finally get there & we find out that children under 10yrs. old can't go in with me when I get my ultrasound!!! I was sooooo upset!!! They should have told us so that we could find either my mom or my mil to watch Anais!!! So Ray had to in the lobby with Anais while I went by myself. I really wanted to go with me!! It's the 1st. ultrasound!! =( Sooooo upset about that!

Well I tried to see if they could find out what the baby is but the dr. said that the baby was still too small. It's something about seeing your baby on the screen when they do the ultrasound that it just amazes me!!!  Seeing the baby's heart beat , the little hands, the little feet, their face, that's when I say "wow there's actually a lil baby living & growing inside of me!" I was almost in tears when I 1st saw the baby! U think that by now this being my 4th pegnancy I would be used to it now.

 My next ultrasound is going to be when im about 20 weeks! Can't wait that long!! I want to know now!!! LOL

Aww, I am sorry he could not go with you, that is a stupid rule.  They told us to bring who we wanted, :) I hope you get to find the sex next time.

That is a bummer that Ray couldnt go with you!! But I am glad that everything looks good with peanut!

I am sorry Ray could not go in...atleast he will be in the room when you guys find out the sex! I think here you have to be 12 to go into the ultrasound room, which sucks.  :(
