Yes... I would, if I had to I would and have... My son was a very sick baby and toddler... He had sleep apnea due to tonsil and adnoiditis.... He would stop breathing often, When he was sick was when it was at ti's worst... so I would have to stay up so that I could monitor him throughout the night...

asalamu alaikum of course i would if i was in the same situation, there are rewards from Allah for a mother who stays up through the night to tend to her sick baby

With out question I  would and I have many times and not just for my own two, I ran a daycare and some of the children I had at night, I stayed up with them too.
