It Ain't No Thang'

 

Where to begin!?

 

The wedding is really coming together finally!  We've had all the guys fitted for their tuxes & my ladies all have their beautiful dresses!  We have everything booked & reserved, invites went out and the RSVP's are all pouring in!  I have my dress all ready to go - just gotta' get my accessories and everything of that nature.  We've got Khaymins flower girl dress (it's BEAUTIFUL! - And she absolutely LOVES it!.. We put it on her, and she just spun around in the mirror, it was so cute)   All the décor is coming together nicely, flowers are all about done! I think there is only one bouquet left to make & we have to get a few more boutonnieres for the mothers and that will all be done! Our wedding bands will be in Thursday (hopefully) Music is all in order as well as the food! BASICALLY if the wedding was to go on next week.. it would be okay! Lol.. This Sunday I get to pick out our cake!  I'm excited!  I've been looking online BUT haven't found the "one" BUT the lady who is doing it has TONS of books & I'm going to spend the day at her house so we can find the perfect one!!  (It's my grandparents good friend, so she is helping to make it special! Lol) Whew!    The showers and parties are coming up and I'm soo excited for them!  My beautiful sister (and whomever she gets to help) are planning it so I'm sure they will be wonderful!  Casey's bachelor party I hear will be NUTS (I believe its like 2 days of "party'n", but we girls know how to get the job done - so they've got some stiff competition!...  ha..  GOSH, I just really cannot WAIT for the BIG day!!!  It will be PERFECT!

 

Oh my little bundle (not so much a bundle anymore) L GOSH, Khaymin is getting so BIG! (well kind of) lol..   She is getting taller anyway!  This season will be interesting!  She has legs the size of an 18-24 month BUT the waste of a 6 month old.. I'm having a really hard time finding pants that will stay UP but aren't too short! Lol.  Summer was a piece of cake cuz I just bought 6m shorts and that was that.. now.. I can't.. darn..  ANYWAY it's a small price to pay for a beautiful healthy little girl! (I'm so sad she is almost 2!!) I can't believe it!   I've been considering having her "tested" because they're all confident that she is gifted.  I don't know how old they have to be to determine that BUT omg, She seems to be out smarting us lately! Haha.. k not really but she just does things that normal 22months olds DON'T do! Lol..  and ooooo the attitude! Haha.. She is just like her momma! And that is scary!  Anyway, the girl has such a large vocab, she's doing sentences, recognizes just about anything, she can tell you want something is just by hearing it (like the other day we were in the bathroom and a plan flew bye and it was loud enough we could hear it in the house and she goes "momma, Plan!" I just couldn't believe she knew what it was, idk perhaps it was a normal situation, but I was impressed none the less!    I'm convinced that she will have the healthiest mouth around btw!  She brushes her teeth AT LEAST twice aday, and no joke, their like 20 min. sessions! She loves to do it!  To make is special, I took her to the dollar tree and let her pick out a bunch of fun tooth brushes; some that light up, some in the shapes of animals, some that have little suction cups to stick to the counter, and of course we had to have some pink ones! Lol..  The littlest things please her!    Her 2^nd fav. Thing is SHOES!!!!  This little girl LOVES her shoes!!!  We have to wear several pairs a day because she just wants them all!!  Its so cute!  I think she may have more shoes than I do! Haha..  She does have her first "toy" love - has for about 4 months now - She LOVES Cinderella!!! She has the T-shirt, the Barbie, socks, a rug, a swim suit AND cover up, we have the have the "Rella' fruit snacks" it's pretty cute!   We've also discovered her first obsession.  Her daddy got her this cute little baby doll and she HAS to have it like ALL day EVERY day! She even named her! It's Baby Abby!!  Cracks me up! She loves on her, tries to feed her, sleeps with her, HUGS the crap out of her! Etc.

None the less, Khaymin has been wonderful since day one!  She is just so much fun! And Oh, so cute!!

 

Jeepers... I think it's time to shut up =)
