kids hitting kids

I went to pick my son up from his after school care. Well he got off the bus and he was grabbing his stomach. So he walked over to me and I asked what's wrong he said some kid punched him in the stomach for no reason. Where do some of these kids get that it's okay to hit another kid. I gave my son a hug. And as we were standing there the teacher said well you can have an assgn seat. I told my mom I want more done than just that. I'm not happy. But also my son is a first degree black blet and he's getting his second next summer. And all he did was kick the boy in the shins. But I want more done than just assign seat.

I am confused, did your son kick him as a retalation to the hitting?

Oh and was it on the bus or at school? Where it happened would matter on who you should talk to

HI, I was just wondering how your son is doing. Hopefully by now you've talked to both the teacher and principal. I believe the principal has most ability  in assigning seats and even bus transfers.
I constantly ask my daughter what's happening on her bus but she says nobody bothers her. I took my son off his bus because of the fighting since we live close enough to walk. Those buses sometimes give me nightmares.
