My Yoplait Lid Team

I am sure many of you are aware of the Yoplait Save Lids to Save Lives campaign.  Yoplait puts pink lids on their yogurt and, when you send them in, a 10 cent donation is made to the Susan G. Komen foundation.

Cafemom has asked me to set up a team to collect lids and I would love for all of my friends and acquaintances to join me in collecting lids.  You do not have to live near me to be a part of my team.

Just wondering and not trying to be rude. Anyways by time you use a stamp or shipping after putting all the lids in, would the weight not be to much ? Wouldn't you rather use the shipping and just add that into a donation, write a check and mail it.

Yoplait said you can mail 12 lids for the price of one postage stamp.  You are free to donate to the Susan G. Komen fund at anytime, though.
