Well, Dayna's on the mend. She's feeling better. She's bored. She's bitchy. She's restless.
It will soon be time for mom to jet on home!
And leave her to her boyfriend to deal with. lol
What a crab!
Today we head to the doctor to get the stiches out on her foot. He advised her to take her pain meds an hour before her appointment, because it will be 'uncomfortable' to have them removed. Good advice, except that it makes her very, very groggy. It's going to be interesting getting her up and down the stairs. We have a back up plan, though. If I don't think I can get her up the stairs when we get back, Ryan is only a few minutes away at work, I can call him and he'll come assist.
Saturday we're heading out to see my brother who lives here in the LA area. I know if I was this close and didn't go see him, he'd be hurt. I'm not visiting my husband's family. Not this time.
I'll be heading home on Tuesday if the flights look good.
I'm ready.
