Hello Friends! I'm still in bad shape. My neck and shoulders are frozen. So I'm not gone or anything and I read everything but I may not reply right away. Hope every one is doing ok and had a good weekend. I have alot of things happening between now and thanksgiving and I think I have stressed my fibro into action. I love you guys  and I'll get on here during the day after my pain cocktail. Please keep me in your  prayers. Love you guys!!
