Terpsichore is turning 2

Oh my gosh, I can't believe that my baby girl is almost 2. I mean didn't I just have her? Wasn't I just pregnant? Can time really go this quick?

The realization of how quickly time has gone by hit me all of a sudden today while I was doing the last minute shopping for her birthday party. I just can't believe that I haven't worked in 2 years, that's the longest I haven't worked in oh I don't know 13 years...WOW....yikes.

Yet I look at her and wonder how it is that I could ever have gone back to work, how could I have missed out on all the wonder that I have had the privilege of experiencing with her? I couldn't have, I have been blessed and I thank my lucky stars every day.

We have gone through so much. So many firsts: First cry, smile, latch, rollover, sit up, cooing, words, crawl, solids, standing, walking, talking, sickness, running, fall, and so many more....I just can't believe that it has gone so quickly, I just want to capture this time and remember it forever.

HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY TERPSICHORE!!!! I LOVE YOU!
