Getting over Jet Lag

Home from California, I am, once again, in just two weeks, trying to adjust to the time zone I'm in.

It's tough!

I got used to west coast time just about four days before I headed back here to Georgia. I think I'm too old for this. It wiped me out! Yesterday I felt like I was moving in slow motion most of the day.

Dayna is doing well. I left her on Tuesday to fly home. Ryan, her boyfriend, was still worried about her being home by herself still after I was gone, but I assured him that I wouldn't be leaving if I wasn't confident that she could manage in the apartment while he was at work.

I will be blogging about my 'adventures' in California on Searching Savannah, but wanted to say Hi to all my Cafe Mom friends here, first.

I added a couple of pictures to my photo section. Two girls with eerily similar situations!

Mary is out of her wheelchair and off her crutches! When I picked her up from school yesterday she told me she didn't want to use them anymore. Yay! She's doing great.
