UPDATE: Hand-in-Hand, we are collecting Yoplait Pink Lids to Save Lives!!

So it's time for an update on the Team lid drive.  It's going great!!  So far I have 66 lids in my hands....and have only collected from ONE person (other than myself).  I have posted ads on my local freecycle and craigslist with a good turn out. 

I am going to the school this afternoon to get the carpool lid donations going...I will post an update next Tuesday and see how well it works!  I have also contacted the Hair Salon and Pharmacy I go to.  They have both agreed to let me put donation boxes on site. 

On October 18th we are having a team party/BBQ and we have decided that there is going to be a cover charge....YEP, you guessed it....20 PINK LIDS per person.  So, that will be at least 300 lids!!

I am SO excited to be a part of this campaign...it feels WONDERFUL to know that I am making a difference in someones life!!!
