Who are your caregivers & babysitters in Austin, TX

I live in S. Austin and have two caregivers that I usually rely on. These girls are in high school and it is getting more difficult for them to find time to babysit occassionally. I love them and they are the greatest! And I am so happy their schedules are filled with sports, band and other extracurriculars but when I need a babysitter I am stuck out. I am the single mother of two boys; I work full-time; I go to school full-time; we all play sports.

If any of you moms know of a great babysitter or caregiver please pass it on. The girls that help out now are very outgoing and take my kids to the park, the pool, the library, and actually spend time playing with them. I will allow them to bring a friend if they like but the pay is for only one person. Splitting the money is up to them.
