If you are in need of assisatance with food and/or toys for
your children (17 & under only), you may come and apply on the
following dates:

Saturday, October 25     9:00am to 2:00pm
Saturday, November 1     9:00am to 2:00pm

Monday thru Thursday, November 3rd thru 6th
1:30pm to 4:00pm
Monday thru Thursday, November 10th thru 13th
1:30pm to 4:00pm
Monday thru Thursday, November 17th thru 20th
1:30pm to 4:00pm

The following will be required.  Without them, you will not be assisted.  Please come with everything.

1. Picture I.D. for all adults over 18 years of age

2. Birth Certificates, Medical cards, or shot records that indicate the date of birth of each child living in the house under 17 yrs old

3. Social Security Cards for everyone in the household

4. Verification of Income for everyone in the household

5. Please bring your recent bills you pay

6. Bring in your rental agreement and/or last rental receipts that show your name, address and the amount you pay

7. It would be easier for you to bring in your PassPort to Services
if you are in the Welfare system
