I'll try to help you out. Sometimes I but canned beef stew and then add extra peas and carrots, and we have this with cornbread. Tonight were having ham steak, cut into cubes with canned potatoes and green beans with buttermilk biscuits. Frozen lasagna with salad is another favorite. Last night we had frozen meatballs with canned beef gravy, egg noodles and peas with alfredo sauce. Tacos are cheap and easy, as well as sloppy joes, tater tots or french fries and a veggie. I have been using ground turkey instead of ground beef because it is cheaper and healthier. Oh, and how about SALMON CAKES? Hahahaha....

Last night I mixed 4 eggs,1 cup milk half cup Bisquick, cheese, cut left over chicken, onion, carrots,( I wanted to add tomatoes but knew hubby and son would not eat it) Mix it all up put it in a deep dish piedish and bakes for 25 min. Not bad and something different.

Hope that helps.
