Hyperhidrosis in Children

my boy who is 6years old has an exessive sweating problem on his hand. last week he complain the teacher punish him becuase his do not finish with the students. and he said a sweat on his hand makes him slow. i am worried and i have checked informaton on the internet and it is a kind of disease called  Hyperhidrosis. if it is not cured by itself surgery is needed. I am living in Africa and I do not think the treatment is available here.
