Adalynn Shyenne

We had a new baby girl on July 2, 2008. Her name is Adalynn Shyenne. She weighed in at 4lb .5oz. and was 17 in long. Addie was born 9 weeks early and had a few difficulties. She was on the ventilator for about a week or so. Under the bili light off and on for 2 weeks and had a heart murmur that they corrected. On the morning of July 2, 2008. My water broke for no reason at about 12:15 in the morning. When we got to the hospital I was 5 cm dialted and my contractions were 2 1/2 min apart. Addie went into distress and they had just prepped me for a c-section and were moving my bed and she was born after only a few pushes at 2:20 a.m. Addie is my 2nd preemie. Addie came home after only 23 days in the NICU. She has been on an apnea machine and hopefully will come off of it tomorrow.

I am so glad to hear that she is doing good. I had a baby boy on September 24 that was two months premature and weighed only 4 lbs. 9 oz. and he is still in the NICU and we don't know when he will be home. I am glad that she is doing good and this also gives me hope for my little angel. Hope all continues to go well with your little angel.
