Pop, crack, ARRRGHHH!!!

When people bite their nails it makes me crazy. I hate the popping and cracking sound. And what do they do with them? Eat them or drop them on the floor...YUCK! I used to do it myself and broke the habit years ago. It ruins your nails and it takes forever for them to grow strong and even again. Not to mention how many hang nails and ragged cuticles the nail biting causes. It hurts and looks awful.
