I thought this week was a bust! LOL! I was really sick for a few days and was eating just about anything I could manage to keep down no matter what. When I weighed myself this morning my scale said I had gained. I almost didn't go to weigh in, but I am really glad that I did. I lost another 1.2 pounds. Bringing my total to 18.8 pounds. NOt as good as I wanted but it is still a loss! So this week I am making sure that I work out at least 5 days, and maybe go for a few walks too. Natalee loves to go for walks, but I have never taken Dalton out for a walk because it is starting to get chilly and he is only 1 month old. I don't have one of those nice strollers that the car seat snaps into either so it makes it semi-difficult. But no excuses. I can go when Clint gets home from work, or before Amanda goes to work. or I can always call my mom and she would gladly come sit with the kids.So, nope... no excuses.
I am still working towards that 216 pound goal! Hopefully by Halloween!
Next goal is 198, because Clint is going to take me on a mini shopping spree so I can get some new clothes. Not a whole lot though, he said he would get me some new clothes ever y 40 pounds! And I will have lost 42 by then! YAY! Wish me luck and send good weight loss vibes my way!
