Please help quick!!!!

Does anyone know if pain during urination is always associated with a kidney infection? I have all the signs except that one. I have  fever of about 104.5 and extremem back pain.  In the past I have had kidney infections and always had urinary tract pain as well. If it is a kidney infection I need to go to the ER ASAP. Because of course Kerry is out of town and I will have to call someone to come watch the boys...and I think night time is the best time for that. Could it be my IUD???

Regardless of what you think it may be a fever that high is a sign that you need to be seen by a doctor right away!! Get to an

Go to the hospital NOW!!! A fever that high can be dangerous alone besides what is causing it!!!!
