The ICF (International Coach Federation) defines coaching as:

"Partnering with clients in a thought -provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential"

Coaching can change your life.

  • You can find your direction, your path, your goals and dreams.
  • You have a coach to help keep you on task, to help you create stratagies, and reach your goals.
  • Coaching provides guidence and support to move forward and get ready for the future.
  • Coaching provides a safe place to explore your options.
  • Coaching is a partnership.
  • A coach will acknowledge you and cheer you on!
  • The values of having a Life Coach or ADHD Coach are many.

The Institute for the Advancement of ADHD Coaching (IAAC) defines ADHD Coaching as:

"A designed partnership that combines coaching skills with knowledge of Attention Deficit Disorder, a neurobiological condition. The coaching process enhances quality of life, improves performance and supports growth and change."

ADHD Coaching is a specific niche in coaching adults, parents, teens and college students with ADHD.

  • An ADHD coach is educated in the complex and continually changing field of ADHD, including co-existing conditions.
  • Coaches work with parents, teachers and proffessionals as a team to effect change in the lives of young children, teens and college students.
  • A coach is an advocate and has the client's agenda as the focus of the coaching partnership.
  • A coach can bring about self advocacy, self awareness and accountability.
  • Coaches coach the whole person not the disorder.
