I entered this contest and I WON!! I didn't win the grand prize of a  charm bracelet with 8 charms. Instead, I was a runner and I got a bracelet with one charm. I went and picked it up today. Here is a [crappy camera phone] picture of my bracelet with a koala charm. 

My school's mascot is the koala so that's what the blurry thing is.   Anywho, this is a running contest so you can still win.  They pick one grand prize winner and 3 runners up EVERY MONTH.  Good luck!

Here is my winning story:

I think charm bracelets are so beautiful.  They are special because they tell a story.  It would be wonderful to have a charm bracelet that tells my story.

I am in college to be an elementary school teacher. My grandmother wanted to be a teacher and my mother has a degree in deaf education. I attend Columbia College, and our mascot is the might fighting koala.  I'd have to get a 8341 Bear, Koala.

The next charms would represent the most important  people in my life: my four children.  The are my inspiration, my pride, my joy. I love them so much. My son Aaron wants to be an astronaut when he grows up. He would be the 7722 Shutte. My older daughter Talia is a beautful, sometimes graceful little lady.  She is my little princess so seh woudl be 2418 Tiara.  My daughter Joria is a skilled climber.  For that reason, she woudl be teh 6538 Squirrel.  My little chunky dunk, little cloth booty cuite Tristan would be teh 3327 Diaper. And for my dear little nephe Reginald, I'd get 3275 Aunt.  I am the oldest of 4 children and the only girl. My mother and I are very close so I would get 6145 #1 Daughter.

The next few choices would represent things I like to do.  I love to read. I am a prolific reader so I would get 3160 Book.  I also love music. I took violin for 8 years and trumpet for 7 years.  0263 Music Staff would represent the presence of music in my life.

The final charm would have to be a testament of my faith.  I have been through many difficult situations in my life.  I would not ahve been able to survive these trials withouth having God in my life.  His love has seen me through.  For that reason, the final charm on my bracelet would be 3370 Filigree Cross.

This bracelet would be a representaiton of the thing that mean the most to me. I would love to have a bracelet that represents them.
