Well I Start Tomorrow....

Well tomorrow is the day, I can not wait, I am so excited.. I hope that it is something that we are able to keep up... I am very good when with some one and they are consistent... For some reason I fall off when I have no one to do it with. But it seams like it is going to work and that w are going to stick with it... Ok! dang I have not said what it is yet that i will be starting.....

OK.... here it is... I am starting a walking exercise program with a friend,

Tue., Thurs., Sat. and some times on Sun... (God willing) 12-2pm I am so excited and very happy... I will keep you posted, I am starting my colon cleanse and my eating portions... I even started to drink my water again like I am suppose to... 1 to 1 1/2 gals.....  I am on it now... ain't no stopping me now...
