When I am stressed I have different ways of reacting, depending on the type of stress. My fuse gets a little too short when I am overloaded and overwhelmed. I'm getting better at recognizing this and turning it around before I say or do something I will regret later.
When I am emotionally stressed, angry I clean, clean, clean. I just have to do something with that adrenaline. When I am feeling a bout of depression coming, I withdraw and don't talk or engage much. I feel emotionally needy and unable to express it. When I am physically stressed (not enough sleep and downtime) I tend to get sick easier.
When I am able to get exercise and me-time I don't generally get stressed out very much. It is pretty much a cure-all.
