Save Lids to Save Lives Lid Collecting Update!!

First off, I would like to thank CafeMom for giving me this opportunity to start a lid collecting team and for all of the help and support they have given each team leader throughout the process.

Next I would like to thank Yoplait for running the pink lids program. It not only helps to raise awareness about breast cancer, but also helps to raise funding for breast cancer research! It is an awesome campaign and I appreciate the help, support, and tools they have given to their team leaders to make collecting those pink lids even easier and FUN!

NOW...on to my teams update!

As of 10/14/08 Team Save The Tatas has collected 312 lids for Yoplait's Save Lids to Save Lives program!!

Our goal is 1000 lids before December 31st, and we are getting there one lid at a time.

We have a group of AWESOME ladies who are doing their best to collect these pink lids. I just want to give a shout out to them for all of their hard work. Let's meet that 1000 lid goal ladies! We can do it!

One last thing..... I will be participating in a breast cancer walk on Oct. 18th in Ann Arbor, MI.
