My Shins Hurt....!

You would think that I would be in the shower right now but, NNnnnnnnoooooo!

My girls are in the bathroom taking a shower and grooming, What did they do to be in the bathroom for a total of 3 hours.... not a flip flop thing, they went and swung on the swings and slid down the slide.

Here I walked 3 and a quarter miles, my shins hurt, yep I started my walking exercise today... wwwwoooo-hooooo! I am so happy but sore. Ok gotta go they are out of the bathroom, gotta get in before thet have to do something else....lol,lol

And Nina... That is right, you said that you would join in too when I started... alhumdulilah...!  ok it is 3 times a week....
