The subconscious, sickle scalers, two sisters and incesant barking

The TV at night.  Jason wants to hear it to go to sleep and I can't sleep if I can actually hear what people are talking about.  I turn it down gradually notch by notch as he gets closer to sleep.  So that by the time he's almost asleep the volume is almost at a point where I can finally drop off.  I have a weird tendency to dream about what I hear, I hate the TV getting in my head!

The little metal scraper-thingy that the dentist uses on your teeth!  I hate it with a passion!  It makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

The whining, crying and tattling of my girls.  They get sent to their room for that.

My MIL had a dog that was part mini Doberman and beagle.  Dobie, was his name and his bark turned me into a lunatic.  It was very high pitched and when he got started he wouldn't stop!  We lived next door to her at that time.
