Well guys, I did it again! I managed to make my way on national television. Only thing, this time I will be played on over 45 channels 15 times a day randomly. Only thing this time I will be on tv on stage with Montel Williams FEEDING ME SOUP FROM A SPOON. Yeah, don't rub your eyes, you read that correctly! So, here's the story!

It started a few weeks ago, beings I'm the handy dandy get free tickets to shows type of person, I got a hold of free tickets for a special show Montel is doing. It's only going to be a few episodes, so they were only filming it for like a day or 2. So my tickets were for this past Monday. Beings it was the holiday weekend I kind of totally forgot about it. So yesterday afternoon I get a call from one of the staff member of Montel's production company saying that, they noticed that I was unable to attend the show on Monday, and sorry for the short notice, but Tomorrow (today) Montel is filming a special show and would like to know if I would like to go to that showing, she told me it wasn't the main Montel show that they were taping today, but it was a special, and that's all she could say. So I said, well, why not, so beings all my friends and family either have 4 kids including infants (just joking around Jenn and Alicia lol) or they were working, so my friend Danielle was fortunately able to make it. I'm so glad she came because it was a really fun day. So anyway, I was told to meet at a certain address on rt 46 in Fairfield in a parking lot and there will be a shuttle bus to come and pick us up and bring us to the studio. So my GPS takes us to a parking lot in a strip mall, Me and Danielle didn't see anyone else there and we were a bit confused. So we tried calling the number from the girl who called me yesterday. Every time we tried calling the number we would get disconnected. So we were a bit wierded out by that. We were like, hmmm, noone else here, and we're being disconnected? So I said, lets drive to the other side of the highway to see if we see anyone standing around or whatever. So we made a u-turn, and on the other side of the highway we see the tv studio, so we were like, what the heck? So I called the number again and finally got someone and they told us to park in that lot across the highway and they'll pick us up. So we were the only ones on the shuttle, and we were thinking like we were being set up or something, ha. So we said, well, we're here anyway, let's see what happens. So we get to the studio, and luckily it was legit and we were brought into a waiting room with a bunch of other people. So they served us breakfast and then was sent into the studio. It was such a nice studio and all the workers and people on the show were SO NICE! Me and Danielle were making friends with a few of them and we got some "inside gossip"lol. So, anyway, they explain the show. This is the jist. Montel has MS, and instead of drugs and therapy, he turned to a healthy eating style and life. So, for years, he's tried all different healthy foods and whatnot and now wrote a book called Living Well with Montel! The book is about how healthy foods and a healthy lifestyle can alleviate many symptoms and diseases. So the big show he was taping the other day was about that, and how he helped some people with his healthy foods plan, and stuff like that, and the typical Montel tear jerker kind of show. So anyway, todays taping was an INFRAMERCIAL on a new product that helps maintain his healthy lifestyle. The product was a new state of the art blender (which is not even called a blender cause it does other things). It's really awesome, it can blend and pulvarize fruits and veg with seeds and skin so you dont lose the nutritional value of the food. I SIMMERS food whiule your blending things to make soups/hot drinks/etc. It makes smoothies, dips, shakes, sorbet, HOMEMADE ICE CREAM!!! Anything you make on it takes between 30 seconds-8 min! Everything they made they gave the audience samples. EVERYTHING was good, even the v8 type of drink they made. The made homemade ice cream in 3 minutes with 3 ingredients! That was really really good. So, for each type of food they were demonstrating how to make they chose 4 people from the audience to sit at the table that they were making it and be taste testers! Well, not only am I going to be in the audience for the show I AM ONE OF THE 4 TASTE TESTERS IN ONE OF THE CATEGORIES!!!!!! So, my part of the show was on making home made baby food and freezing it, and then another segment on soups and pear/rasberry sauce and rasberry vinegrette. So, anyway, I had to sit there at the table and watch Montel and the celebrity chef making the food and then have the cameras close up on us tasting it!!!! SO,,,,,,,get this one, your gonna piss your pants, Montel made gasbacho soup, and on the camera he HAND FED ME THE SOUP FROM A SPOON WITH AN EXTREME CLOSEUP!!!!!!!!!!!!Now, sure they are going to edit certain things, but I have a feeling they are gonna keep that bit cause it was really funny!!! Embarrassing for me, but it was hysterical!!!!!!! SO, TO NARROW IT DOWN, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE ME ON TV PRETTY MUCH ANY HOUR OF THE DAY ON VARIOUS CHANNELS BEING FED SOUP BY MONTEL WILLIAMS!!! We had an awesome time today, the whole staff including the celebrity chef, and ESPECIALLY MONTEL was all genuinely nice and friendly. During commercial breaks Montel and the celebrity chef was talking with us and giving us some great advise on healthy foods and which fruits and vegetables are good for different reasons, (not selling the product to us, but genuinely trying to promote healthy eating). He got personal with the audience about his health, and by the end of the day he got tired and you saw he was in a lot of pain. OH, AND I FORGOT TO TELL YOU THE KICKER, EVERYONE IN THE AUDIENCE WILL BE RECEIVING ONE OF THE BLENDERS FOR FREE IN THE MAIL IN A FEW WEEKS, WE GOT A $400.00 BLENDER FOR FREE!!!!!! IT REALLY REALLY IS AN AWESOME BLENDER AND I CAN SEE MYSELF MAKING ALOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS WITH IT!!! SO, anyway, today was a pleasantly strange day. And it's still sinking in that I AM GOING TO BE ON AN INFRAMERCIAL, LMAO!!!!!!
