Friday Night Camp In

We have family movie night.  We "sleep over" in the living room.  We have a large sectional sofa with a fold out bed.  We watch movies, make popcorn (or cinnamon rolls or chocolate chips cookies).  It is so much fun and the kids look forward to it all week.  Jason works from midday to late evening and the kids (especially Olivia since she is in school) really miss seeing him.  So Friday night (sometimes Saturday night) is the highlight of their week.  They end up talking and playing with Daddy more than watching the movie. 

We play games, do puzzles and color whenever we have little pockets of time that we can fill with whatever we choose.  We love card games best, memory match games, Old Maid, Fish, War.  We need to get some new board games.  We only have Chutes and Ladders and Candy Land.  Feel free to recommend some!
