From my experiences on being on cafemom, the truly happy ones are not on cafemom all day, everyday. The ones that are truly happy would not be here all the time because of all the negative energy going around in circles in this forum. The negativity would distract them from their happy lives. I am not on cafemom all day, everyday because I feel I am truly happy. I take breaks every now and again as well as stay away from groups and people that are negative. I love scrapbooking; so quite a few times I have jumped on cafemom and just went to my scrapbooking groups and logged off afterwards. When I haven't been to the other unhappy groups in a while, I peek in to see how the truly unhappy mothers are behaving; you know the ones I am talking about. The ones that make their lives seem picture perfect, when in fact they are a cookie cutter image of most of America. Barely getting by, marriage is failing, the uncontrollable kids, the in-laws who can't stand her, the husband who doesn't find her attractive anymore and the going nowhere feeling of being a failure. They can be who they want, when they want so they create this alter ego on cafemom. They create this image on cafemom of the perfect mother, the perfect wife, with the perfect husband, the picket fence, the little trendy dog and the Sex and the City type of lifestyle that they can only dream of. I see them on here all the time. It sickens me how these mothers bash other moms and try to feel superior, when in fact they feel inferior. They love to start drama because they can't do it anywhere else but here. They have lost control and in here they feel in control. It's very sad because they are the same women who put themselves in the category of being a good mother.
Comments:
I know a few of those women. It's really sad because you only get one go round down here ya know?

It just seems to me that the unhappy people are on here ALL THE TIME trying to make it unpleasant for others. This is just my observation. I am truly happy, grateful, blessed and for those that don't believe in blessings, well I am lucky. When I come on here in a good mood, I usually regret even coming on here alot of times because I don't tend to leave in that mood. The economy is bad, marriages are failing and that may play a key role as to why these mothers are acting the way they are acting. I don't know why people do what they do, but I wish they would keep their unhappy asses away from me!!!
well iam unhappy and that why some people come here to know their not alone. and even if i was happy i will still come on sometimes u bond with people. and for those who are lying good for them.
i am not unhappy....i confess, when i was unhappy, i found cafemom and it helped me grow...mature...etc. but now i sign on for down time at work...keep in touch with friends...and read and reply to discussions in groups...not here for all that negative energy....cafemom doesnt make or break my real life...life is what you make it and so is this site. drama is everywhere...avoid and ignore it and move on...these chicks who are bitter and unhappy will be just that...count blessings and be grateful for your life....do you and keep it moving. trust. i had to learn not to let anything those negative chicks say to or about you affect you...they are insignficant to your signficant world....misery loves company and i dont get into that anymore. dont even try to figure it out...you are wasting energy...be happy and keep it moving.
I'm guessing you had a bad experience with someone on cafemom. Well whoever made you angry will probably not make you angry again, because girlfriend you let her or them have it. You go girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And say hi to Nigel, he is so cute.
lmao!!! i have had the same thoughts on here about some of these women that paint these wonderful lives,i'm single an most on here claime there marriend..where the hell is your husband when your on cafe mom all day??? if i was married i don't think i would have ever found cafemom..lol
