Me??? I am SOOO on the ball this year!!! OK maybe not but I KNOW what I am getting two of the hardest people on my list.. my brothers
Santa has bought both boys their gifts, Z's originally $84 marked down to $15, and PD's originally $74 marked down to $19, heck yeah I shopped early but look what I SAVED!! Who else has been shopping? Mrs Claus, has Jeans bought $3.40 each from TCP this summer, She's making them Disney Shirts too that say "Going to see the World" or something clever like that. Today I bought Z one of his 3 gifts from us, a Book, A Kids Guide to WDW (are you feeling the theme here?)
I am Seriously trying to be excited about Christmas because in reality I'm not, I have everything on my list marked down so I can keep my eyes peeled for SALES!! WOOT WOOT
Anyone Else shopping yet? My Goal is to Be Finished by December 1st so I can TRUELY enjoy the season and not stress!
Comments:
My kind of shopper....I have been on the bargain hunt as well. got my nieces Hannah Montana jewelry (from limited too none the less) for less than $6.oo for a dog tag chain and bracelet. Hitting the outlets in a few weeks to shop for the kids too. I always shop early and in this economy I think the early bird will benefit b/c there is not much stock to be found on the store shelves and I don't know how much more they are going to produce. By the way the kid guide to WDW is great Erin carries it around all the time and I think she has it memorized! But, hey some of us are stressed to the max right now w/ other time constraints (my weekend business event) and did not need you reminding us of how many days left for the holiday....only kidding LOL! I too am striving to not stress thru the season this year but to sit back and take it all in and enjoy it...it will be strange for our family as it is b/c our family "grumpy" will not be w/ us this year...we lost my grandfather in June and he was our "grumpy" and always loved watching the kids on the holiday so I want to make the most of the time we have my grandmother (who also is not too well) and a 90 yr. great aunt who is everyone's grandmother....want the kids to know that is the focus not the gifts!

A Boy with Autonomic Dysfunction - The Miller Family
Our Special Life
Oliver was born after having suffered a stroke while in his mother's womb. The resulting brain injury is called Dysautonomia (Autonomic Dysfunction). His doctors believe the stroke was the result of the miscarriage of his twin. Oliver is completely blind and his underdeveloped brain stem makes basic physical functions a challenge. In spite of all this, he is a happy, go-lucky, 12-year-old boy, and his mom wants people to meet the real Oliver, not just his medical hardships.

Girl....I am about done! I start early! I am doing a "practical Christmas" this year for the adults. I am making baskets of useful things that we all have to buy. (toothbrushes, toothpaste, cleaning products, candles, general household items) I have gotten really into coupons and CVS and paid nothing for all their stuff. I got all the kids clothing on clearance for $1- $3 each item. So everyone is getting a big basket of practical goodies this year! With the economy the way it is- I think they will appreciate it.
Merry Christmas!
