"I would definitely be willing to take donations of yarn.  Any yarn I get sent to me, I will use to make more hats for cancer patients for free. I can work with any kind of yarn, but please keep in mind that we want it to be soft and warm for the patient (i.e., not yarns with metallic "glittery" stuff in it or that sort of thing).  Thank you for offering to donate yarn to make this gift possible for even more people!"

My son's literacy teacher just found out she had cancer, she is out of school at least until the end of this calendar year.  She is going to have to do chemo and radiation. Her students do not know why she is out of class yet, they were told she was going on vacation because she thought she would only be out of work a week.  I would love for her students to be able to give her the gift of one of your handmade hats. 

I would love to purchase some yarn/supplies to help with your efforts.  Let me know if I can help.
