Not Ready Yet

i am almost done with my pregnancy. I have 6 weeks left and i am just not ready but at the same time i am so ready for this pregancy to be over with. I was sick the first 6 months and now i am starting to get sick again. i have been to the emergency room count less times because different reasons. We have not bought much yet it's hard when we have our daughters' birthdays in october and november, christmas in december and the baby is going to be born in december. What am i going to do?
