Is Anyone Telling the Absolute Truth?

Does anyone really think that any of the candidates are telling the absolute truth on any issue? Every election year I spend vast amounts of time on the internet, not reading what journalists, comedians, etc write or say about certain polititians, but delving into the voting records of those running for office. I refuse to let someone else make up my mind by filling me with ideas and opinions. Ok...look at the debates...they have had advisers (speech writers or what not) write what they are to say and they study this stuff intently for any press conference, debate, interviews, etc....The only way to know what kind of person you are voting in is to research what they have voted in the past.

In my opinion, the candidates will only say what they have to to get elected.  They are all lieing.  And I don't think any one of them plan to do anything they promise.  They all suck.
