The Scariest Thing That Has Happened to Me

Well the scariest thing that has ever happened to me is when my daughter Beth got up one morning at 7:30 and walked right out my backdoor and went to the Pantry (which is 5 minute walk from my apartment). She did not wake me up to let me know that she was up. Ladies I have sleep apnea and i use a cpap machine to help me breath at night anyways, One of my neighbors came in to my apartment and up to my room and told me that my daughter had been to the store. Well that freaked me out and when i got downstairs there was 2 police officers and Beth in my living room. The polie had told me that both my neighbor and the store clerk (which knew me and beth) told them that Beth is never out of my sight. and aslo told them that Beth has never been outside by herself. I was sure that i was going to have social services called on me and Beth taken away, but 72 hours later no call or no show from anyone so my neighbor and the store clerk saved my butt. Beth told me she would never do that again and she hasn't. I THANKED GOD for making her safe, my neighbor and the store clerk for being there for me when i needed them and i also thanked the police for bringing her home.
