Will the drama never end?

My Dog has gotten loose for the second time. The animal control officer said to get a body harness.

I put him in the harness on Fri. Oct 24th. I let him out on Sat. Oct. 25th, I check on him on he  was fine, about an hour and 1/2 later my husband came home for lunch on the harness had been cut!!  I called the police an they sent an officer out to our house and he would write up a report about the incident. What I couldn't believe is that he mentioned the Pattons without me saying their name. He told me that the judge deals with them probably more than I'll know. We now believe that they have been the ones letting him loose the whole time. These neighbors are on my last frayed nerve.      The boy's mom is trying her best to intimidate me. I go out of my way to avoid her, she goes out of her way not to avoid me.

I drive my daughter to school a certain way, she walks down that way.  Well, I was sitting in the truck where I am supposed to be....walkers are supposed to be on the sidewalk. She chose to walk down beside the truck, my vehicle! I am getting tired of her trying to get me to say something nasty to her. I will not do it.

Last night my husband and I where coming home, they where taking out the trash...OK, normal enough, why do they have to go out of there way to walk back down the opposite way they came out. You see if they went back to their door the way they came, they would have avoided us. To add the icing to the cake they stand outside watching us.

WE came inside and shut the door, a few minutes later someone was knocking on the door and that was it. I lost it. I tried to calm myself down but I couldn't. I grabbed my youngest(1yr)and ran, I don't know where I was running to, I just had to get away because I just knew who was at the door. I could no longer control myself and I had a panic attack. It was my neighbor but the panic had already grabbed me and it's so embarrassing. my nice neighbors came by to tell us that they (the nasty neighbor)are accusing her of doing something to their cat since it has turned up missing. She told them she was not afraid of taking it to the Humane Society if it got into her yard since she is afraid her dog would kill it. She is now having trouble with her dog. (At some point during this she(my good neighbor) steps outside and they(nasty neighbors are still watching us!)She said that something is terrifying him when he is outside.  While they were talking about the cat the first time(my nasty neighbor and my good neighbor) the nasty neighbor said she had no problem killing my dog(my good neighbor never mentioned me or my dog). The second time they spoke she said that my dog was chasing a woman up the alley. I found out who my dog had chased up the ally and called her husband. I found out that my dog had never chased his wife and that she was not afraid of any dog. He also told me that she(nasty neighbor) has asked him to tell her if he ever see a German Shep running loose.(my dog is one). She claims she is so afraid of him now. She's ALWAYS been afraid of him. When we were friends she was claiming to be afraid of the Golden Retriever from up the street. Arghh, what liars, they are trying to tell people that we are the trouble makers!  Here I am just wanting to be left alone. I have to now check my dog's water dish when he goes out to make sure they haven't pour antifreeze in it.  After that panic attack (plus many attacks that I have managed to control)I have decided that I can no longer put up with the adrenaline rushes, I went to the Dr. and he put me on Paxil. So hopefully my senses will come back to me and I can think clearly again with out feeling like I have to constantly watch my back.        I am posting these mostly so I can have written documentation of this and to force myself to get it out. It's not easy to relive it.

HOLY cow sounds like some issues I am having here MY DOG never barks but daily the MPs are here saying that someone has filed a compliant about my dog WHAT is funny is we live 4 families to a buliding like town houses and EACH damn family has a dog so there is NO way to know it is MINE SPECIFICLY unless you have a issue with me WHICH one neighbor does she is even having her daughter pick on my daughter at school I am about to SICK my oldest daughter on them ALL.  I am at my wits end and my hubby is deployed THEY all thave thier hubbys I am the only one alone.  They harrase me in many ways.

You shouldn't leave your dog outside with all this drama going on.
