Tif bit the dust. . .

Well, we have been promising the girl a bike ride for almost a week and something always pops up.  So last night she comes out in the livingroom wearing her helemet already and goes, "Can we go for the bike ride now?"  So we all jumped on our bikes and took off for a short spin around the road.  As we come down this single lane road we hit the dirt area behind a dr's office (we always do this), and as I see her hit the dirt I relize something isn't quite right.  My honey who heard it when she hit the dirt looked back and saw her swerving on her bike.  She swirved three times and than WAHM right into the ground and flipped over her head. 

Needless to say her helmet is cracked, her sunglasses are scratched, but they both did their job and saved things that needed saving.  Her knees are bruised up pretty bad and she scrapped her elbow up nicely.  But all in all it wasn't a horrible crash, and after the OMG I'm so glad we just got her health insurance thought that went through my head I kinda went Whew thank goodness it wasn't more.

Oh not bad at all.  I'm glad that she's not badly hurt.  Thank Goodness for the helmet and the glasses.
