October Update part 2

I wasn't finished writing when I hit enter by accident.  Definetly operator error on my behalf.

Let's see, I covered the lapband stuff and Katie's happenings.

Matthew and Ryleigh

Ryleigh's a little turd.  A loveable kid, but still a little turdlet.  She's almost 5.  She's still shy, but at the same time a little drama queen.  She does this shy look and screetches at the same time.  Pretty annoying.  Then at other times she can be as sweet as pie.  When they say each of your children are different, they weren't kidding.

Matthew's learned the fine art of aggravating his sisters.  He usually succeeds by getting them to either scream or hit him.  Alot of times both.  Even if he has it coming...it won't solve anything.

Of course I remember my squabbles w/ my own brothers.  I used to sit on them.  Amoung other things.

Puppies

I'm pretty sure most of you have guessed by the pics posted and bubbles added, we have 2 puppies  now.  Brian had only agreed to one Pomaranian puppy.  When we named her Bella after the twilight series it wasn't hard to reason that every Bella needs an Edward.  So, now we have Bella and Edward.

They're hard to potty train, but they have great personalities.  We need a fence.

The cats don't like them, but I'm not surprised by that.

Comet my blue russian kitty, passed away last week.  I had taken him in for his shots.  I'd known he was sick, but that didn't make it any easier.  I feel absolutely awful, the vet still has him.  I'll tell you why in a second.

Brian's been on jury duty for the last month.  It was a federal case.  Oddly enough it's sometihng he's always wanted to do.  Well, that finally ended yesterday.  The defendants were found guilty on all accounts.  They'll be going to jail for a long time.

Which means our life can return to normal.  I can't say I'm sorry about that.

Hard to believe Christmas is around the corner.  Money is tight, so I have no idea what will get cut.

My parents are supposed to come for Christmas.  They'll be brining Bigmama w/ them.  They're looking into flying, but will determine if they can accomodate Bigmama's wheelchair.

Erin (my stepdaughter) will be here the week after Christmas.  It's been over a year since she's been here, so that should be interesting.

Well, I can't think of anything else that needs updating.

Sorry your cat passed away.  Why does your vet still have him?

I liked reading the parts about Ryleigh and Matthew!  Brings back memories of what my brother & I would do to each other.  Isn't it part of childhood to torment your siblings? ;)

It will be nice to have your parents over for Christmas.  I hope they can find an airline that can accommodate the wheelchair.
