Well election season is almost over which means the dominating political posts should be gone with it. I do however think that when the results come in Tues. or Weds.( depending on FL and OH behave*wink*) we should at least be civil in the end.
There will be some angry, sad, perhaps even confused supporters on CM. Let's not go into each others journals and post boastful or hateful things. We should try to mourn or celebrate in our respectful groups. This election cycle has been very heated and we have supported our candidates in good and bad ways. Remember some of you moms used to get along before the election season. But in the end four years from now we will either be suffering or happy together. Unless some of you really follow through on the leave the country plan.
Let's celebrate the fact that so many of us were engaged in this years election.
In no way am I conceding, I just think that when the bell rings we should return to our corners, head to the lockers, and exhale after a long hard fight.

Nice--I stayed away for a few days before and after the election.I'm ready for enjoying each-other again.I will give my new President a chance.I'm sick of my own attitude lately.I'll admit I was disheartened after the election but being proud to be American is most important to me.

I think some members with *ahem* unusual names will be gone after the election. And the rest of us should remember our kids and our families are what matter the most.
