Confused!

 Ok, so here is the stiuation. I think I am pregnant however I woke up this morning and found my period. Now this is why I think I'm pregnant, two days ago I took 5, yes 5 tests and 4 came out postive and 1 negative. So my question is....Is it possible to get your period and still be pregnant early on? The last thing I expected to see this morning was my period. Now I am really confused. I am going to call and schedule an app with my doctor this morning. Hopefully I can get it all cleared up.

Apr. 13, 2007 at 10:05 AM I got pregnant with my son Jan 4th, 2003... we didn't find out until March because I still had my period in Jan and Feb. So I would go to your doctor and find out for sure.

One of my brother's best friend's wife supposedly had her period almost the whole time she was pregnant.  They told me this when I was trying to get pregnant a long time ago and was having problems.  I kept getting disconcerted when I would get my monthly and they told me to have a test just to be sure.

Apr. 13, 2007 at 12:29 PM I have heard the same thing. That is not uncommon for you to have your period during pregnancy. I think its a good thing that you are going to the doctor. When I got pregnant all my test came out negative until they did a blood test.

Apr. 13, 2007 at 12:58 PM Spotting early on in pregnancy is normal.  Does this seem like a normal period?  Heavy bleeding might be cause for concern but if it's just a little then I wouldn't worry too much.  When you go to the doctor they should do a blood test and check your HCG and progesterone levels.  You should know results by tomorrow if you go in today.  Good luck.

Some woman get a light period throught most of thier pregancy,some get a period in the first few months,some stop thier period all together.Everyone is different.Keep us posted!
