OMG this is funny.  2 Montreal radio personalities pose as President Sarkozy of France and an assistant when contacting Palin. Palin very willingly takes the call, believes it's really him, and doesn't connect the reference about the porno that is named after her called "Nailin' Palin". It all goes over her head.
